L'invention concerne un appareil d'affichage et son procédé de commande. L'appareil d'affichage comprend : une unité d'affichage ; une unité de capture d'image conçue pour acquérir une image d'un tableau de commande d'un dispositif d'exercice physique ; et une unité de commande conçue pour commander l'unité d'affichage pour afficher des informations en relation avec un exercice conformément à une condition d'exercice déterminée d'après l'image acquise.
