The present invention relates to a long-lasting derivative through lauric acid fusion of antibacterial peptide beta-defensin 3 and 3H, a development of skin permeable derivative through cell transmissive peptide fusion, and a cosmetic composition containing the same and, more specifically, to antibacterial peptide lauroyl beta-defensin 3 and 3H, a novel cell transmissive peptide, and a cosmetic composition containing the same. The lauroyl-bound beta defensin 3 or 3H (homolog) peptide derivative according to the present invention has antibacterial activity and a performance of alleviating atopic dermatitis and acne, and thus is applicable as cosmetics, medical supplements, and medical materials for improving various skins including atopic dermatitis.
