Provided are a synchronization method, a terminal and a server, relating to the technical field of cloud synchronization. The method comprises: uploading, by a first terminal, updated data of a terminal to a server; searching, by the first terminal, at least one second terminal in a local area network where the first terminal is located, the at least one second terminal and the first terminal logging onto the same server using the same account; sending, by the first terminal, a first request to synchronize data in the local area network to the at least one second terminal; and synchronizing, by the first terminal, data with the at least one second terminal in the local area network after having received a first response of the at least one second terminal.
