Pendant la demande d'un service dans le nuage impliquant un élément de service fourni par le nuage, il est déterminé si des solutions sont disponibles pour des anomalies potentielles associées à l'élément de service. Les solutions disponibles sont mises en évidence, pour les anomalies potentielles associées à l'élément de service, pour un utilisateur.
