Summary: | The present invention relates to a novel intermediate, and a novel method for preparing silodosin using the intermediate. More particularly, the present invention relates to a novel method for preparing silodosin and a novel intermediate compound used in the preparation method, the method comprising: reacting a compound expressed by Chemical Formula 3 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof with a compound expressed by Chemical Formula 4 to obtain a compound expressed by Chemical Formula 2; and aminolyzing the latter compound to provide a compound expressed by Chemical Formula 1.
La présente invention concerne un nouvel intermédiaire et un nouveau procédé de préparation de silodosine par utilisation de l'intermédiaire. Plus précisément, la présente invention concerne un nouveau procédé de préparation de silodosine et un nouveau composé intermédiaire utilisé dans le procédé de préparation, le procédé comprenant la réaction d'un composé exprimé par la Formule Chimique 3 ou d'un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de ce dernier avec un composé exprimé par la Formule Chimique 4 pour obtenir un composé exprimé par la Formule Chimique 2 ; et l'aminolyse de ce dernier composé pour donner un composé exprimé par la Formule Chimique 1.
본 발명은 신규 중간체, 및 이를 이용한 신규한 실로도신의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 화학식 3의 화합물 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용되는 염을 화학식 4의 화합물과 반응시켜 화학식 2의 화합물을 얻고, 이를 아미노분해시킴으로써 화학식 1의 화합물을 제공하는 신규한 실로도신의 제조 방법, 및 이러한 제조 방법에 사용되는 신규한 중간체 화합물에 관한 것이다. |
