Summary:The present invention relates to a system capable of reducing the amount of heat to be provided to a regeneration tower for regenerating an absorbent which is a system for capturing acidic gas such as carbon dioxide, and a method therefor, and the present invention provides an acidic gas capture system and an acidic gas capture method capable of reducing energy consumption by utilizing the heat generated from a system for capturing acidic gas. The system and the method of the present invention provide the advantages of: lowering a cooling capacity of a condenser during the condensation of gas to be treated by thermally exchanging high-temperature gas to be treated with low-temperature separated water generated during a capture step; and lowering a reboiler heat duty by introducing the low-temperature separated water into a regeneration tower in a preheated state. Furthermore, energy-saving during an absorbent regeneration step is facilitated since the low-temperature separated water is also utilized for a wash tower and dilute solution cooling through a heat-integrated step with condensate water generated during a process. La présente invention concerne un système pouvant réduire la quantité de chaleur à fournir à une tour de régénération destinée à régénérer un absorbant qui est un système de capture de gaz acide tel que de dioxyde de carbone et un procédé associé, la présente invention concernant un système et un procédé de capture de gaz acide pouvant diminuer la consommation d'énergie en utilisant la chaleur générée à partir d'un système de capture de gaz acide. Le système et le procédé selon la présente invention présentent les avantages de : diminuer une capacité de refroidissement d'un condenseur pendant la condensation de gaz à traiter par échange thermique de gaz à haute température à traiter avec de l'eau séparée à basse température générée pendant une étape de capture ; et diminuer une charge thermique de rebouilleur par introduction de l'eau séparée à basse température à l'état préchauffé dans une tour de régénération. Une économie d'énergie pendant une étape de régénération d'absorbant est en outre favorisée puisque l'eau séparée à basse température est également utilisée pour une tour de lavage et pour un refroidissement par solution diluée pendant l'étape d'intégration de chaleur avec de l'eau de condensat générée pendant un traitement. 본 발명은 이산화탄소를 비롯한 산성 가스 포집 시스템에서, 흡수제 재생을 위한 재생탑에 제공해야 하는 열량을 감축시킬 수 있는 시스템 및 그 방법에 관한 것으로, 산성 가스를 포집하는 시스템에서 발생하는 자체의 열을 활용하여 에너지 소모를 줄일 수 있는 산성 가스 포집 시스템 및 산성 가스 포집 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 시스템 및 방법은 포집 공정에서 발생하는 온도가 낮은 분리수를 고온의 처리 가스와 열교환시킴으로써 처리가스 응축시, 응축기의 냉각용량을 낮추고, 저온의 분리수를 예열된 상태로 재생탑에 유입시키므로 재비기 요구 열량을 낮추는 효과가 있다. 또한, 공정 자체에서 발생하는 응축수와 열통합 공정으로 저온의 분리수를 세정탑 및 희박용액 냉각에도 활용함으로써 흡수제 재생공정의 에너지 절감에 용이하다.
