L'invention concerne un procédé et un système informatique permettant de recevoir d'un premier utilisateur une vidéo multi-trame à transmettre à un second utilisateur. Une pluralité de trames vidéo incluses dans la vidéo multi-trame est sélectionnée. Un échantillon à largeur de bande réduite de la vidéo multi-trame est généré à partir de la pluralité de trames vidéo. L'échantillon à largeur de bande réduite est transmis au second utilisateur.
