In addition, the present invention provides a method for producing glycosyltransferase, comprising the steps of: culturing transgenic recombinant microorganisms; and isolating glycosyltransferase from the cultured recombinant microorganisms. La présente invention porte sur une nouvelle glycosyltransférase spécifique aux polyènes issue de Pseudonocardia autotrophica et plus précisément sur une glycosyltransférase comprenant une séquence d'acides aminés de SEQ ID n° : 1 et sur un gène codant pour la glycosyltransférase. De plus, la présente invention porte sur un vecteur d'expression recombiné comprenant le gène et sur un micro-organisme recombiné transformé avec le vecteur d'expression recombiné. De plus, la présente invention porte sur un procédé pour la production de glycosyltransférase, comprenant les étapes consistant à : cultiver des micro-organismes recombinés transgéniques ; et isoler de la glycosyltransférase des micro-organismes recombinés cultivés. 본 발명은 슈도노카디아 오토트로피카(Pseudonocardia autotrophica) 유래의 폴리엔 특이적인 신규 당전이효소(glycosyltransferase)에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 서열번호 1의 아미노산 서열을 포함하는 당전이효소(glycosyltransferase) 및 상기 당전이효소를 암호화하는 유전자를 제공한다. 또한, 본 발명은 상기 유전자를 포함하는 재조합 발현벡터, 상기 재조합 발현벡터로 형질전환된 재조합 미생물을 제공한다. 또한, 본 발명은 상기 형질전환된 재조합 미생물을 배양하는 단계; 및 상기 배양된 재조합 미생물로부터 당전이효소를 분리하는 단계를 포함하는 당전이효소 생산방법을 제공한다.
