Summary: | The present invention relates to a plant constitutive and high expression recombinant promoter having a nucleotide sequence selected from the group consisting of the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1 to the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO: 4, and including ibAGP1 promoter and SRD1 promoter linked to each other; to a plant constitutive and high expression vector comprising the promoter; and to a method for expressing an exotic gene in all tissues in a plant using the vector. The plant constitutive and high expression promoter of the present invention induces high expression of an exotic gene in all tissues of the Dicotyledoneae. Therefore, the present invention is useful in selecting transformants using an antibiotic or herbicide resistant gene when the transformant is manufactured, and developing transgenic plants producing useful materials for medical and industrial purposes.
La présente invention concerne un promoteur recombinant constitutif de plante et à expression élevée présentant une séquence nucléotidique choisie dans le groupe constitué par la séquence nucléotidique de séquence SEQ ID NO: 1 à la séquence nucléotidique de séquence SEQ ID NO: 4 et comprenant un promoteur ibAGP1 et un promoteur SRD1 liés l'un à l'autre ; un vecteur constitutif de plante et à expression élevée comprenant le promoteur ; et un procédé pour exprimer un gène exotique dans tous les tissus d'une plante à l'aide du vecteur. Le promoteur constitutif de plante et à expression élevée de la présente invention induit une expression élevée d'un gène exotique dans tous les tissus des dicotylédones. Par conséquent, la présente invention est utile dans la sélection de transformants à l'aide d'un gène résistant aux antibiotiques ou aux herbicides lors de la production du transformant et dans la mise au point de plantes transgéniques qui produisent des matériaux utiles à des fins médicales et industrielles.
본 발명은 서열번호 1의 염기서열 ~ 서열번호 4의 염기서열로 구성되는 군에서 선택되는 염기서열을 갖는, ibAGP1 프로모터와 SRD1 프로모터가 연결된 식물체 전신 고 발현 재조합 프로모터, 상기 프로모터를 포함하는 식물체 전신 고 발현벡터 및 상기 벡터를 이용하여 외래 유전자를 식물체의 전 조직에서 발현시키는 방법에 관한 것이다. 상기한 본 발명에 의한 식물체 전신 고 발현 프로모터는 쌍자엽 식물의 전 조직에서 외래유전자의 고발현을 유도한다. 따라서 형질전환체 제작 시 항생제 혹은 제초제 저항성 유전자를 이용한 형질전환체 선발 및 의료, 산업용 유용 물질 생산 형질전환 식물체 등의 개발에 유용하게 이용될 수 있다. |
