La présente invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique stable se présentant sous forme d'un comprimé monocouche. La composition contient du valsartan, de l'amlodipine ou des sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables de ces derniers et au moins un excipient pharmaceutiquement acceptable. La composition pharmaceutique selon l'invention peut contenir de l'hydrochlorothiazide en tant que principe actif supplémentaire.
