The present invention provides a device and a method capable of providing actual problem solving training and problem solving habit corrections using an examinee terminal comprising: an input unit for receiving answers inputted by an examinee to prepare for an objective examination; a display unit for displaying at least one of an examination sheet, which has been generated on the basis of examination sheet setup information, and an answer sheet, which has been generated on the basis of answer sheet setup information, and displaying answers, which are inputted by the examinee, on at least one of the examination sheet and the answer sheet; a control unit for measuring time taken per question, which is taken for the examinee to input an answer to each question with regard to each question; and a communication unit for transmitting examinee examination information to an examination management server, the examinee examination information comprising information regarding answers inputted by the examinee and information regarding the time taken per question.
