The release sheet is used to cover an adhesive surface of the silicone resin sheet with the hydrous layer. L'invention porte sur une feuille anti-adhérente, laquelle feuille comporte une première couche de base imperméable à l'humidité et une couche hydrique qui contient de l'eau et qui est stratifiée sur la première couche de base imperméable à l'humidité sur une face dans la direction de l'épaisseur. La feuille anti-adhérente est utilisée pour recouvrir une surface adhésive de la feuille de résine de silicone avec la couche hydrique.
