Summary:Provided is a screw component having high strength and that is such that the seating surface is in complete close contact. The screw component is provided with a head (10) and a screw shaft (20) extending from the head (10), the screw shaft (20) being provided with a parallel screw section (22) at which a complete screw ridge is formed, a neck section (24) at which there is no screw ridge, a transitional screw section (26) at which, from the parallel screw section (22) towards the neck section (24), an incomplete screw ridge is formed of which the groove diameter is the same as the complete screw ridge and the ridge height gradually decreases, reaching the neck section, and an under-neck radiused section (28) provided to the corner section of the neck section (24) and the head section seating surface (11), and the screw component is characterized in that the diameter of the neck section (24) being work hardened by being narrowed thinner than the groove diameter of the parallel screw section (22). L'invention concerne un composant de vis présentant une résistance élevée et qui est tel que la surface d'appui est en contact proche total. Le composant de vis comporte une tête (10) et une tige de vis (20) s'étendant à partir de la tête (10), la tige de vis (20) étant pourvue d'une section de vis parallèle (22) au niveau de laquelle est formé un sillon de vis complet, une section de col (24) au niveau duquel il n'y a aucun sillon de vis, une section de vis de transition (26) au niveau de laquelle, de la section de vis parallèle (22) à la section de col (24), est formé un sillon de vis incomplet dont le diamètre de rainure est identique au sillon de vis complet et dont la hauteur de sillon diminue progressivement, atteignant la section de col, et une section de sous-col à rayon (28) ménagée sur la section de coin de la section de col (24) et de la surface d'appui de section de tête (11), et le composant de vis est caractérisé en ce que le diamètre de la section de col (24) est écroui en étant rétréci à une épaisseur moindre que le diamètre de rainure de la section de vis parallèle (22).
