La présente invention concerne des composés de formule générale (I) dans laquelle les variables prennent des significations diverses, des compositions pharmaceutiques les contenant et leur utilisation dans des médicaments. Les composés se sont avérés utiles en traitement comme inhibiteurs de l'angiogenèse. Les composés sont isolés à partir du bouillon de fermentation d'une souche fongique Paraconiothyrium sp., ou en sont dérivés.
