Summary: | The invention relates to a microorganism of Pseudomonas brassicacearum strain CECT 8162 or a mutant strain of same, which maintains the ability to accumulate up to at least 20 % of its dry weight in the form of lipids. The invention also relates to a method for producing a microbial biomass of said strain that is rich in triglycerides, and to methods for producing a lipid composition from the microbial biomass and for producing paraffins or biodiesel from said lipids.
La invención se refiere a un microorganismo de la cepa Pseudomonas brassicacearum CECT 8162, o a una cepa mutante de la misma que mantiene la capacidad de acumular lípidos hasta al menos un 20% del peso seco. La invención se refiere así mismo a un método para obtener una biomasa microbiana de dicha cepa rica en triglicéridosasí como a métodospara obtener una composición lipídica a partir de dicha biomasa microbiana y para obtener parafinas o biodiesel a partir de dichos lípidos.
L'invention concerne un micro-organisme de la souche Pseudomonas brassicacearum CECT 8162 ou une souche mutante associée qui conserve la capacité d'accumuler des lipides jusqu'à au moins 20% du poids sec.
