The invention relates to the production and the characterisation of new murine monoclonal antibodies that recognise the domain CTDL-2 (SEQ ID NO: 1) of the cell receptor DEC-205 of dendritic cells in chickens (Gallus gallus), pigs, (Sus scrofa) and humans (Homo sapiens). The invention also relates to the capacity of the new antibodies to direct and modulate the immune response at different levels in chickens (Gallos gallus) and pigs (Sus scrofa), as well as recognising the receptor DEC-205 in dentritic cells and cell lines in humans. In addition, the invention is used to quickly produce a specific humoral immune response against Hemaglutinina H5 of the H5N2-type avian flu virus. La presente invención se refiere a la producción y caracterización de nuevos anticuerpos monoclonales murinos que reconocen al dominio CTLD-2 (SEQ ID NO: 1) del receptor celular DEC-205 de células dendríticas en pollos (Gallus gallus), puercos (Sus scrofa) y humanos (Homo sapiens). La invención también se relaciona con la capacidad de los nuevos anticuerpos de direccionar y modular la respuesta inmune a diferentes niveles en pollos (Gallos gallus), puercos (Sus scrofa), así como reconocer al receptor DEC-205 en células dendríticas y líneas celulares de origen humano. Además se describe brevemente la aplicación de esta invención en la obtención de una respuesta inmune humoral especifica en corto tiempo en contra de la Hemaglutinina H5 del virus de la gripe aviar H5N2. La présente invention concerne la production et la caractérisation de nouveaux anticorps monoclonaux murins reconnaissant le domaine CTLD-2 (SEQ ID NO: 1) du récepteur cellulaire DEC-205 de cellules dendritiques chez les poulets (Gallus gallus), les porcs (Sus scrofa) et les humains (Homo sapiens).
