La présente invention concerne un procédé pour l'expansion sous vide d'une pâte, avant la lyophilisation de ladite pâte pour obtenir une composition de pâte sèche qui est reconstituée efficacement pour former une pâte apte à s'écouler lors de l'addition d'un milieu aqueux. La présente invention concerne en outre une seringue pour retenir sous vide une composition de pâte sèche.
