A first conductive member (11) is arranged on the first part (1); the second part (2) is arranged on the first part (1), and a second conductive member (21) normally in contact with the first conductive member (11) is arranged on the second part (2); and the alarm device (3) for sending out an alarm signal is connected with two ends of the first conductive member (11) and configured to stop working when the first conductive member (11) is connected with the second conductive member (21) and to send out the alarm signal when the first conductive member (11) is disconnected from the second conductive member (21).
