Summary:The interval at which N amplifier blocks (3-1 to 3-N) connect to an input transmission line (1) increases with increasing distance from a signal input terminal (RFin). Among the N amplifier blocks (3-1 to 3-N), the input capacitor (4) of an amplifier block (3-n) connected to the input transmission line (1) at a position further away from the signal input terminal (RFin) has a lower capacitance value (Cn).  Selon l'invention, l'intervalle auquel N blocs amplificateurs (3-1 à 3-N) se connectent à une ligne de transmission d'entrée (1) augmente avec une distance croissante à partir d'une borne d'entrée de signal (RFin). Parmi les N blocs amplificateur (3-1 à 3-N), le condensateur d'entrée (4) d'un bloc amplificateur (3-n) connecté à la ligne de transmission d'entrée (1) au niveau d'une position plus éloignée de la borne d'entrée de signal (RFin) a une valeur de capacité inférieure (Cn).
