Summary:Provided is an organic light emitting element having high light emitting efficiency. The organic light emitting element includes: an anode; a cathode; an emission layer placed between the anode and the cathode; and a hole transport layer formed between the anode and the emission layer, in which the hole transport layer contains a siloxane compound and a compound having a tertiary arylamine structure; and number of SP2 carbon atoms in the hole transport layer is ten times or less number of silicon atoms in the hole transport layer. L'invention concerne un élément électroluminescent organique ayant un rendement électroluminescent élevé. L'élément électroluminescent organique comprend : une anode; une cathode; une couche d'émission placée entre l'anode et la cathode; et une couche de transport de trous formée entre l'anode et la couche d'émission, la couche de transport de trous contenant un composé de siloxane et un composé ayant une structure d'arylamine tertiaire; et un certain nombre d'atomes de carbone SP2 dans la couche de transport de trous étant dix fois inférieure ou moins au nombre d'atomes de silicium dans la couche de transport de trous.
