The present invention concerns a connecting piece (100) for sealingly connecting two pipe sections (10, 20). The connecting piece (100) is designed with a sleeve portion (120) and a flange portion (110). The flange portion (110) is in turn designed with sealing elements (132, 134). In the mounted state, the ends (12, 22) of the pipe sections (10, 20) lie in abutment to the sealing elements (132, 134) of the flange portion (110), which both seal the connection but can also absorb forces associated with mutual movement between the pipe sections (10, 20). La présente invention concerne une pièce de raccordement (100) permettant de raccorder de manière hermétique deux sections de tuyaux (10, 20). La pièce de raccordement (100) comprend une partie manchon (120) et une partie flasque (110). La partie flasque (110) est, à son tour, dotée d'éléments d'étanchéité (132, 134). A l'état monté, les extrémités (12, 22) des sections de tuyaux (10, 20) viennent en butée contre les éléments d'étanchéité (132, 134) de la partie flasque (110), qui assure à la fois l'étanchéité du raccordement et l'absorption des forces associées au mouvement mutuel entre les sections de tuyaux (10, 20).
