Summary:Provided is a method for projection and back-projection for method and apparatus for image processing. The method for projection and back-projection comprises the steps of: projecting the center of a detector cell included in a detection unit onto a common axis; mapping the boundaries of pixels in a pixel grid onto the common axis; projecting the center of the detector cell included in the detection unit onto the set common axis; and determining a pixel value on the basis of the step for mapping the boundaries of pixels onto the set common axis. L'invention concerne un procédé de projection et rétroprojection et un appareil de traitement d'image. Le procédé de projection et de rétroprojection comprend les étapes consistant à : projeter le centre d'une cellule de détection incluse dans une unité de détection sur un axe commun ; mapper des limites des pixels dans une grille de pixels sur l'axe commun ; projeter le centre de la cellule de détection incluse dans l'unité de détection sur l'axe commun défini ; et déterminer une valeur de pixel sur la base de l'étape de mappage des limites des pixels sur l'axe commun défini.
