Embodiments of the present invention disclose a data transmission device and a data transmission system. Embodiments of the present invention disclose: a main body portion and a mount portion movably connected one to the other. The mount portion may be immobilized or worn on a user's body. The main body portion comprises a detection module for performing at least one of the following: movement detection, sleep quality detection, environment detection, and vital signs detection. The detection module may obtain detection results and may further comprise a bluetooth communication module capable of establishing a bluetooth communication connection with a terminal device. When a user needs to use the main body portion to a establish a bluetooth communication connection with a terminal device, the user can detach the main body portion, place same in the ear, and make a phone call; when not needed, said main body portion can be placed on the mount portion, which can then be immobilized or worn on the user's body.
