Summary: | The present invention provides a high-yield antrodia cinnamomea mycelium fermentation method for triterpenoids, which comprises the following steps: slant strain activation, shake flask liquid seed preparation, liquid seed cultivation and fermentation under terpene conditions. The shortest fermentation time under the terpene conditions is 2 days. Components of a culture medium for fermentation under terpene conditions are: 10-60g/L of corn starch, 10-60g/L of bran, 0.5-2.0g/L of magnesium sulfate and 2-10ml/L olive oil. The antrodia cinnamomea mycelium fermentation method improves a yield of triterpenoids in antrodia cinnamomea liquid fermentation product and reduces costs.
