The present invention addresses the problem of providing a polarization plate comprising a cation-polymerizable adhesive exhibiting superior curability even when using a protective film including a urethane primer layer. The present invention provides a polarization plate characterized in that a cation-polymerizable adhesive that contains a cation-polymerizable compound, a cationic-polymerization initiator, a thioxanthone compound, and a naphthalene compound is used to adhere a polarization element and a protective film including a urethane primer layer. The polarization plate of the present invention exhibits superior curability even when using a cation-polymerizable adhesive and a protective film including a urethane primer layer, and as such contributes to the further improvement of optical characteristics. L'invention a pour objectif de fournir une plaque polarisante dans laquelle est mis en œuvre un adhésif polymérisable par cations doté d'excellentes propriétés de durcissement, y compris dans le cas où est mis en œuvre un film protecteur possédant une couche primaire d'uréthane. La plaque polarisante est caractéristique en ce que le film protecteur possédant la couche primaire d'uréthane et un polariseur sont mis en adhésion, à l'aide de l'adhésif polymérisable par cations qui comprend un composé polymérisable par cations, un initiateur de polymérisation par cations, un composé thioxanthone et un composé naphtalène. La plaque polarisante possède d'excellentes propriétés de durcissement, y compris dans le cas où est mis en œuvre l'adhésif polymérisable par cations et le film protecteur possédant la couche primaire d'uréthane, et contribue donc à améliorer encore des caractéristiques optiques.
