A first driver housing and a second driver housing are positioned inside an earbud cup. The first driver housing has a rear side, a front side, a top face a bottom face, and a sound output tube extending from the front side. The second driver housing has a top side, a bottom side, a front face, a rear face, and a sound output opening formed in the front face of the second housing with essentially no tube extending therefrom. The rear face of the second housing is disposed a) adjacent to the front side of the first housing, and b) behind an exit of the sound output tube of the first housing. Other embodiments are also described and claimed. Selon la présente invention, un premier boîtier de dispositif d'excitation et un second boîtier de dispositif d'excitation sont positionnés à l'intérieur d'une cavité d'écouteur bouton. Le premier boîtier de dispositif d'excitation comporte un côté arrière, un côté avant, une face supérieure, une face inférieure et un tube de sortie du son qui s'étend depuis le côté avant. Le second boîtier de dispositif d'excitation comporte un côté supérieur, un côté inférieur, une face avant, une face arrière et une ouverture de sortie du son formée dans la face avant du second boîtier, sensiblement aucun tube ne s'étendant depuis cette dernière. La face arrière du second boîtier est disposée : a) de façon adjacente au côté avant du premier boîtier et b) derrière une sortie du tube de sortie du son du premier boîtier. D'autres modes de réalisation sont également décrits et revendiqués.
