La présente invention concerne un système de support modulaire, afin de soutenir une partie du corps. Le système de support modulaire comprend l'assemblage d'une unité de base. L'unité de base contient au moins une ouverture et au moins un insert avec une longueur (Li). L'insert peut être placé dans l'ouverture. L'insert comprend en outre une pluralité de moyens de fixation.
