The present invention is equipped with: a heat-receiving unit that receives heat generated from an electronic device and coverts a first heat medium from the liquid phase to a gas; a heat-radiating unit that converts the first heat medium from a gas to a liquid and supplies the liquid to the heat-receiving unit; and a compressor that raises the temperature of the first heat medium supplied from the heat-receiving unit and then supplies the first heat medium to the heat-radiating unit. La présente invention est dotée : d'une unité de réception de chaleur qui reçoit une chaleur générée par un dispositif électronique et fait passer un premier milieu thermique de la phase liquide à l'état gazeux ; d'une unité de dégagement de chaleur qui fait passer le premier milieu thermique d'un état gazeux à un état liquide et introduit le liquide dans l'unité de réception de chaleur ; et d'un compresseur qui augmente la température du premier milieu thermique fourni par l'unité de réception de chaleur, puis introduit le premier milieu thermique dans l'unité de dégagement de chaleur.
