The purpose of the present invention is to provide an early warning for food poisoning in cafeterias so as to effectively prevent food poisoning in school cafeterias or the like, block the proliferation of food poisoning, and enable users to understand information on food material providers in detail by obtaining food poisoning occurrence information by searching for, in real time, geographic information on food poisoning occurrence and a list of facilities in which food poisoning has occurred, and the invention comprises: a food poisoning occurrence input unit for reporting a food poisoning incident which has occurred in a cafeteria; a matching detection unit which detects a food material provider of the cafeteria in which food poisoning has occurred, and which detects all cafeterias which have made a contract with the detected food material provider; and a warning generation unit for notifying all of the cafeterias detected in the matching detection unit that there is a possibility of food poisoning through food materials supplied from the contracted food material provider. L'objectif de l'invention est de fournir une alerte rapide en cas d'intoxication alimentaire dans des cantines de façon à éviter efficacement une intoxication alimentaire dans des cantines scolaires ou des lieux analogues, bloquer la prolifération de l'intoxication alimentaire et permettre aux utilisateurs de comprendre les informations sur les fournisseurs de produits alimentaires de façon détaillée en obtenant des informations sur l'occurrence de l'intoxication alimentaire par la recherche, en temps réel, d'informations géographiques sur l'occurrence de l'intoxication alimentaire et d'une liste d'établissements dans lesquels est survenue l'intoxication alimentaire. Le système de ladite invention comprend : une unité d'entrée d'occurrence d'intoxication alimentaire permettant de signaler un incident d'intoxication alimentaire survenu dans une cantine ; une unité de détection de correspondance qui détecte un fournisseur de produits alimentaires de la cantine dans laquelle est survenue l'intoxication alimentaire, et qui détecte toutes les cantines ayant conclu un contrat avec le fournisseur de produits alimentaires détecté ; et une unité de génération d'alerte permettant d'indiquer à toutes les cantines détectées dans l'unité de détection de correspondance qu'il existe une possibilité d'intoxication alimentaire par le biais des produits alimentaires fournis par le fournisseur de produits alimentaires sous contrat.
