To solve the above-mentioned problem, the present invention provides an online system and method for managing food safety so as to simultaneously and quickly address food accidents throughout the country by constructing a fast response system through which food-related investigations, reports, and follow-up measures can be linked in real time, and the system comprises: a portable terminal which is supplied to persons in charge of the management of food safety, and which transmits and receives, in real time, at least one from among real-time location , a report on the results of the investigation, shared information and an inquiry about the instructions, and recalls; and a food safety management server which constructs a response system by linking food-related investigations, reports, and follow-up measures in real time through the portable terminal according to the shared information among food safety management agencies, and which can enable simultaneous measures to be addressed for food accidents on a national scale. Pour résoudre le problème susmentionné, l'invention fournit un système en ligne et un procédé permettant de gérer la sécurité alimentaire de façon à traiter simultanément et rapidement des accidents alimentaires dans tout le pays en construisant un système de réponse rapide permettant de relier en temps réel des enquêtes relatives aux aliments, des rapports et des mesures de suivi. Ledit système comprend : un terminal portable qui est fourni aux personnes en charge de la gestion de la sécurité alimentaire, et qui transmet et reçoit, en temps réel, au moins un emplacement parmi des emplacements en temps réel, un rapport sur les résultats de l'enquête, des informations partagées et une demande concernant les instructions, puis rappelle ; et un serveur de gestion de sécurité alimentaire qui construit un système de réponse en reliant les enquêtes relatives aux aliments, les rapports et les mesures de suivi en temps réel au moyen du terminal portable conformément aux informations partagées entre les agences de gestion de sécurité alimentaire, et qui permet de prendre des mesures simultanées pour les accidents alimentaires à l'échelle nationale.
