Summary:A mobile communication system comprises: a base station which configures a D2D support cell which supports D2D communication which is direct communication between terminals; and a user terminal which carries out the D2D communication in the D2D support cell. The base station further comprises a control unit which controls a handover of the user terminal. The control unit controls the handover on the basis of a support circumstance of the D2D communication in a cell whereto the handover of the user terminal is to be carried out. L'invention porte sur un système de communication mobile qui comprend : une station de base qui configure une cellule de prise en charge D2D qui prend en charge une communication D2D qui est une communication directe entre des terminaux ; et un terminal utilisateur qui effectue la communication D2D dans la cellule de prise en charge D2D. La station de base comprend en outre une unité de commande qui commande un transfert intercellulaire (HO) du terminal utilisateur. L'unité de commande commande le transfert intercellulaire sur la base d'une circonstance de prise en charge de la communication D2D dans une cellule vers laquelle le transfert intercellulaire du terminal utilisateur doit être effectué.
