Ce système de communication mobile comprend une station de base et un premier terminal utilisateur ainsi qu'un deuxième terminal utilisateur qui établissent une connexion avec la station de base. Lorsque le premier terminal utilisateur lance la communication D2D, qui est une communication directe inter-terminaux, avec le second terminal utilisateur, la station de base reçoit une notification sur une quantité de données spécifique favorable à la transmission dans la communication D2D.
