Summary: | This extrusion device has a simple and compact configuration and is provided with: a band plate spring (12) that comprises a tip having a contact plate (13) that comes into contact with a substrate (41); a disk-shaped first rotating body (11) that has the band plate spring (12) wrapped around the outer peripheral surface (16) thereof and to which the rear end of the band plate spring (12) is fixed; a guide (15) that covers each of the outer peripheral corner sections (16b) of the first rotating body (11) and that holds the band spring plate (12) over the outer peripheral surface (16) of the first rotating body (11); and a motor (30) that causes the first rotating body (11) to rotate. The guide (15) is provided with an outlet opening (27) in which the band plate spring (12) extends in a direction tangential to the outer peripheral surface (16) of the first rotating body (11).
Selon l'invention, un dispositif d'extrusion a une configuration simple et compacte et comprend : un ressort à bande (12) qui comporte un bout avec une plaque de contact (13) qui entre en contact avec un substrat (41) ; un premier corps rotatif (11) en forme de disque dont la surface périphérique extérieure (16) est enveloppée par le ressort à bande et auquel l'extrémité arrière du ressort à bande (12) est fixé ; un élément guide (15) qui recouvre chacune des sections coins périphériques extérieurs (16b) du premier corps rotatif (11) et qui maintient le ressort à bande (12) sur la surface périphérique extérieure (16) du premier corps rotatif (11) ; et un moteur (30) qui provoque la rotation du premier corps rotatif (11). L'élément guide (15) est doté d'une ouverture de sortie (27) dans laquelle le ressort à bande (12) passe dans une direction tangentielle à la surface périphérique extérieure (16) du premier corps rotatif (11). |
