L'invention porte sur un moulage, sur un moule et sur un procédé pour produire un moulage. Le moulage peut avoir une zone de faible masse thermique et une zone de grande masse thermique. Le procédé peut mettre en œuvre la fourniture d'un moulage ayant un produit de travail et d'un accessoire venant en prise avec le produit de travail et suspendu sur celui-ci entre la zone de faible masse thermique et la zone de grande masse thermique, et le refroidissement commandé du produit de travail à l'aide de l'accessoire.
