An inorganic layer-side region of the organic layer, said region occupying 10% of the thickness of the organic layer from the inorganic layer-side surface, contains particles derived from the highly adhesive layer in an amount of 15% or less. L'invention concerne un film fonctionnel comprenant, sur un substrat, une couche organique, une couche inorganique, et une couche hautement adhésive qui contient des particules et qui est disposée entre la couche organique et le substrat. Une région côté couche inorganique de la couche organique, ladite région occupant 10 % de l'épaisseur de la couche organique par rapport à la surface côté couche inorganique, contient des particules provenant de la couche hautement adhésive en une quantité de 15 % ou moins.
