A charging control device that charges a battery (20) to a prescribed charging rate using output power from a charger (10) is characterized by being provided with: a charger control means for controlling the output power of the charger (10) on the basis of a first map representing the relationship between the state of the battery (20) and the charging power for the battery (20), which corresponds to the charging time for the battery (20); and an allowable charging time calculation means for calculating the allowable charging time of the charging time for the battery (20). The charging control device is further characterized in that the charger control means refers to the first map, calculates the charging power for charging the battery (20) in the allowable charging time, and controls the output power of the charger (10) according to the charging power calculated on the basis of the allowable charging time. La présente invention a trait à un dispositif de commande de charge qui charge une batterie (20) à un régime de charge prescrit à l'aide de la puissance de sortie en provenance d'un chargeur (10), lequel dispositif de commande de charge est caractérisé en ce qu'il est équipé : d'un moyen de commande de chargeur permettant de contrôler la puissance de sortie du chargeur (10) sur la base d'une première carte représentant la relation entre l'état de la batterie (20) et la puissance de charge de la batterie (20), qui correspond au temps de charge de la batterie (20); et d'un moyen de calcul de temps de charge admissible permettant de calculer le temps de charge admissible du temps de charge de la batterie (20). Le dispositif de commande de charge est en outre caractérisé en ce que le moyen de commande de chargeur se réfère à la première carte, calcule la puissance de charge en vue de charger la batterie (20) pendant le temps de charge admissible, et contrôle la puissance de sortie du chargeur (10) en fonction de la puissance de charge qui est calculée sur la base du temps de charge admissible.
