The simulation program, the simulation method, and the simulation device are characterized in that a computer calculates the surface of a fluid model in which the fluid is expressed with a collection of particles, on the basis of an input boundary condition and an input initial condition, the computer calculates the surface energy of the calculated surface, the computer calculates the surface tension of the surface on the basis of the calculated surface energy, and the computer outputs the state of the fluid at predetermined intervals on the basis of the calculated surface tension.
