Further, when an incident angle of the light incident to the recording medium from the light source relative to a normal line of the recording medium is given as theta1, a formula 75° <= theta1 <= 85° is satisfied. La présente invention porte sur un capteur optique qui comprend une source lumineuse ; et un détecteur optique détectant une intensité de lumière qui est réfléchie par un support d'enregistrement, la lumière provenant de la source lumineuse et irradiée sur le support d'enregistrement. En outre, lorsqu'un angle incident de lumière incidente sur le support d'enregistrement provenant de la source lumineuse par rapport à une ligne normale du support d'enregistrement est donné en tant que theta1, une formule 75° <= theta1 <= 85° est satisfaite.
