L'invention concerne un comprimé non enrobé comprenant des granulés renfermant un antibiotique de type beta-lactame, du dioxyde de silicium hautement dispersé et au plus de petites quantités d'autres excipients tels que des agents de délitement ; ainsi qu'un procédé de préparation des granulés et du comprimé. Le comprimé présente une bonne dispersibilité et une stabilité élevée lors du stockage.
