Summary: | This aluminum electrical wire (100) with a crimped terminal results from a copper or copper alloy crimped terminal (10) being crimped to a conductor (2) exposed by peeling an insulating covering material (4) from the end of an aluminum electrical wire (1) in which the outer periphery of the conductor (2), which results from a plurality of aluminum or aluminum alloy element wires (3) being twisted together, is covered by the insulating covering material (4), and the conductor (2) is subjected to a water-repellent treatment by means of a water-repellent agent (5) comprising a solvent having water-repellency.
Cette invention concerne un fil électrique en aluminium (100) à cosse sertie constitué d'une cosse (10) en cuivre ou en alliage de cuivre sertie sur un conducteur (2) exposé par pelage d'un matériau de gainage isolant (4) à partir de l'extrémité d'un fil électrique en aluminium (1). La périphérie extérieure du conducteur (2) formé d'une pluralité de fils unitaires (3) d'aluminium ou d'un alliage d'aluminium torsadés, est recouverte du matériau de gainage isolant (4). Le conducteur (2) est soumis à un traitement d'hydrofugation par application d'un hydrofuge (5) comprenant un solvant présentant une propriété hydrofuge. |
