[Problem] To extract with high precision a case element from an extracted text string. [Solution] A case element extraction program has an extraction step of extracting a case element from a text string in a document which is converted into digital data, and which in the extraction step, executes on a computer the following: if a subject-verb relation is included in the extracted text string, and if the text corresponding to this subject is already recited thereupon, removes the text corresponding to the subject from a case element to be extracted; and if the text corresponding to this subject is not yet recited thereupon, includes the text corresponding to the subject in the case element to be extracted. L'invention concerne l'extraction, avec une grande précision, d'un élément de cas d'une chaîne de texte extraite. A cette fin, un programme d'extraction d'élément de cas comporte une étape d'extraction pour extraire un élément de cas d'une chaîne de texte dans un document qui est converti en des données numériques, et qui, à l'étape d'extraction, exécute, sur un ordinateur, les actions suivantes : si une relation sujet-verbe est incluse dans la chaîne de texte extraite, et si le texte correspondant à ce sujet est déjà exposé, retirer le texte correspondant au sujet d'un élément de cas à extraire ; et si le texte correspondant à ce sujet n'est pas encore exposé, inclure le texte correspondant au sujet dans l'élément de cas à extraire.
