[Solution] An electronic device which comprises a base, a sealing member, an electronic element main body that is arranged between the base and the sealing member, and a sealing agent composition bonding body that contains a resin and a metal containing an elemental metal or an alloy, and in which the electronic element main body is sealed by bonding the base and the sealing member with each other, with the sealing agent composition bonding body interposed therebetween; and a method for manufacturing the electronic device. Le but de l'invention est de fournir un dispositif électronique qui possède une excellente résistance à la courbure et aux changements de température tout en ayant une excellente durabilité, ainsi qu'un procédé de fabrication de ce dispositif électronique. L'invention concerne un dispositif électronique comprenant une base, un élément d'étanchéité, un corps principal d'élément électronique disposé entre la base et l'élément d'étanchéité, et un corps de collage avec une composition d'agent de scellement qui contient une résine et un métal contenant un métal élémentaire ou un alliage, dans lequel le corps principal d'élément électronique est scellé en collant la base et l'élément d'étanchéité l'un à l'autre, ledit corps de collage ayant une composition d'agent de scellement disposée au milieu.
