L'invention concerne une émulsion appropriée pour l'incorporation dans des lingettes humides utilisées pour débarrasser la peau de l'urine et des matières fécales. L'émulsion inclut de l'huile de silicone et un sel de zinc soluble dans l'eau comme le chlorure de zinc et le sulfate de zinc. La séparation des phases est empêchée avec un système d'émulsification qui inclut un mélange de gommes et un émulsifiant tolérant au sel. Le mélange de gommes inclut au moins une gomme et de l'alginate de propylèneglycol.
