L'invention concerne un procédé qui permet de former une bouteille en fibres moulées par expansion d'une paraison thermoplastique dans une bouteille en pâte à papier moulée afin de former un revêtement plastique interne dans la bouteille en pâte à papier moulée, le revêtement fournissant une fonction de barrière pour la bouteille. L'invention concerne également la bouteille obtenue par ledit procédé.
