Disclosed are a transfer case and engineering machinery. The transfer case comprises: a box body (1), a gear wheel shaft (2) and a bearing (3), wherein internal splines (21) are provided on an inner wall of a shaft hole of the gear wheel shaft (2), and an oil guide hole (11) is provided on the box body (1). The transfer case also comprises: an oil guide groove (12) and an oil receiving part (4), wherein the oil guide groove (12) is provided in the box body (1), an oil inlet end of the oil guide groove (12) is in communication with the oil guide hole (11), and an oil outlet end is in communication with the oil receiving part (4). One end of the oil receiving part (4) is connected with the box body (1) and is in communication with the oil outlet end of the oil guide groove (12) and the other end extends into the shaft hole of the gear wheel shaft (2).
