La présente invention concerne un système, pour détecter un débarquement sécurisé de passagers par utilisation d'une caméra, et son procédé qui fournit une technologie pour empêcher un véhicule d'entrer en collision avec un passager, car le véhicule commence à se déplacer lorsque le passager a quelque chose attrapé par une porte du véhicule ou est adjacent au véhicule immédiatement après le débarquement du véhicule.
