The present invention relates to a catalyst composition containing a one-coordinated phosphine ligand and a transition metal catalyst, and a hydroformylation method using the same. The hydroformylation method using a catalyst composition, according to the present invention, can obtain high catalyst activity by enhancing stability of the catalyst and reducing the amount of ligand used while maintaining the selectivity of appropriate iso-aldehydes. Cette invention concerne une composition de catalyseur contenant un ligand de type phosphine mono-coordiné et un catalyseur à base d'un métal de transition, et un procédé d'hydroformylation l'utilisant. Le procédé d'hydroformylation faisant appel à une composition de catalyseur, selon l'invention, peut générer une activité de catalyse élevée par amélioration de la stabilité du catalyseur et réduction de la quantité de ligand utilisée tout en conservant la sélectivité des iso-aldéhydes appropriés.
