L'invention porte sur un système et un procédé permettant de produire un mandrin qui peut être utilisé pour faire réagir les charges que crée un outil de liaison par friction-malaxage tandis qu'il procède à la liaison de tubulaires par friction-malaxage, le mandrin étant choisi entre un mandrin jetable, un mandrin partiellement jetable, un mandrin réutilisable et un mandrin qui est partiellement jetable et partiellement réutilisable.
