Also provided are pharmaceutical compositions comprising the compounds of formula I to treat a Cry-mediated disease or disorder, such as diabetes, obesity, metabolic syndrome, Cushing' s syndrome, and glaucoma. La présente invention concerne des dérivés de sulfonamide contenant du carbazole et des sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables ou hydrates de ceux-ci de formule structurale I dans laquelle les variables R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7, A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, a, et b sont respectivement décrites. La présente invention concerne en outre des compositions pharmaceutiques comprenant les composés de formule I pour traiter une maladie ou un trouble médié par Cry, tel que le diabète, l'obésité, le syndrome métabolique, le syndrome de Cushing, et le glaucome.
