Summary:The present invention relates to a differential diagnostic method using flow cytometry, performed by means of differential fluorescent marking of biological agents, such as cells and pathogens of interest, with fluorescent substances. The diagnostic method generally consists in performing fluorescent marking of biological agents with gradual concentrations of fluorescent substances, and in analysing the reactivity profile of IgG1 to the biological agents. The present invention further relates to a diagnostic kit. La présente invention concerne une méthode de diagnostic différentiel par cytométrie de flux, ladite méthode de diagnostic étant réalisée par marquage fluorescent différentiel d'agents biologiques, tels que des cellules et des agents pathogènes d'intérêt, avec des substances fluorescentes. De manière générale, cette méthode de diagnostic consiste à réaliser le marquage fluorescent d'agents biologiques avec des concentrations progressives de substances fluorescentes, et à analyser le profil de réactivité d'IgG1 avec les agents biologiques. La présente invention concerne également une trousse de diagnostic. A presente invenção se refere a um método para diagnóstico diferencial utilizando citometria de fluxo, dito método de diagnóstico realizado através de marcação fluorescente diferencial de agentes biológicos, tais como células e patógenos de interesse, com substâncias fluorescentes. De uma forma geral, o método de diagnóstico consiste em realizar a marcação fluorescente de agentes biológicos com concentrações gradativas de substâncias fluorescentes, e analisar o perfil de reatividade de IgGl com os agentes biológicos. A presente invenção contempla ainda um kit de diagnóstico.
